Facilitation Intensive

Prepare teacher leaders and staff developers to facilitate professional learning. Rooted in MSS’s proven facilitation model but applicable beyond the facilitation of MSS professional learning.

A deep dive into the most challenging aspects of facilitating adult professional learning. Topics include facilitating difficult participants, supporting facilitator growth, facilitating small groups, and facilitating whole group discussions.

The facilitator’s job is to support everyone to do their best thinking and practice. To do this, the facilitator encourages full participation, promotes mutual understanding, and cultivates shared responsibility.
