Learn to boost engagement and minimize roadblocks in distance learning.
A series of sessions help establish and support a community focus on optimizing distance teaching & learning. Teachers participate as learners in adult-level distance learning activities designed to maximize engagement and minimize roadblocks. Reflecting and discussing these experiences prepares teachers with a mix of technological and pedagogical skills needed to provide meaningful distance learning to their students.
Saying ‘hey, use this app’ doesn’t cut it. These sessions gave me an actual model for what good distance learning feels like and what good distance teaching looks like and sounds like. I’m ready to do better by my remote learners.
